Then relax your entire body, from your toes to your head. Because you are already peaceful, you can now concentrate on your thoughts (this will change to a light feeling if done frequently).
Focus on a single thought or observe a non-living item. You may be distracted during the workout by stray thoughts that enter your mind. Pretend you’re watching a movie if this happens. Observe these thoughts as if they were unimportant, then let them pass you by as you move on to the next. After a while, all of these stray scenes will drift away, and you will have learned meditation.
