I’ll explain the secrets of developing effective goals that will secure your success in this post. I hope you can use it to help you with your own goal-setting. and wishing you the best of luck in all of your endeavours.
So, what is a goal, exactly? I’ve written extensively about quantum production and manifestation in previous issues. You already know that the universe will always obey your command, transforming your demand into exactly what you want. Whether you realise it or not, you are always creating; the only difference is that some of your innovations are unconscious while others are conscious.
Unfortunately, the majority of our unconscious creations are not what we truly desire, thus we are always making what we don’t want, which leads to a terrible existence. A goal is a tool that facilitates in the translation of unconscious to conscious production. A goal is a conscious order or command that you issue to the universe, and as a result, you will obtain what you consciously seek, eventually leading to the ideal life that you like living.
The goal-setting process is intended to assist you in determining what you truly desire and transforming your unconscious ambitions into conscious goals so that you can practically build and manage your own life.
You’ve undoubtedly heard a lot about goal-setting and tried a few different programmes. The bulk of them, however, fail due to your own beliefs and thinking, not the programmes themselves. Any goal-setting method, even the most basic, works, I can promise you. You can accomplish your objectives simply by writing them down. Why do some people have fantastic results from goal-setting seminars while others have little or no success? This leads us to today’s topic: what makes a goal effective?
First and foremost, your goals must be aligned with your overall goal. I believe that each of us has a life mission that was pre-determined even before we were born. Do you have a special talent, something you enjoy and can do effortlessly, but which others find challenging? Do you ever find anything you love so much that the rest of the world fades away and all that’s left is you and what you’re doing? At those occasions, you’re doing it on purpose. When you are in line with your mission, you experience joy and contentment.
Only by aligning your most effective goal with your purpose can you ensure that you not only achieve your goal but also enjoy the process. The The process becomes enjoyable, and you feel accomplished as a result. Yes, you can achieve your goals without being in tune with your mission, but you will never feel successful unless you are in tune with your purpose. Consider what you are good at and what you enjoy doing to find out what your mission is. Ask your parents, friends, and family members if you can’t find it on your own. Everyone has a special gift, which is why you were born.
Second, your goals must be in the best interests of the rest of the world. I’m not trying to make myself appear good, but unless your goals benefit others, you’ll have trouble finding collaborators, and the universe will not be on your side. A self-serving goal will never be realised. The world’s most successful people, as you can see, were all on a quest to enhance the lives of others and help the world become a better place.
What a transformation the computer has brought to our lives. As a result, Bill Gates has become the richest man in the planet. The more value your goal delivers to others, the more value it generates and the more likely it is to be realised.
Finally, your goals must be supported by your own inner convictions. Have you ever set a goal and worked hard to attain it, only to have something unexpected happen at the last minute that shattered everything, leading your dreams to fade away and you to return to your old habits? I had a similar experience and couldn’t figure out why until I realised I was harbouring certain subconscious assumptions that were at odds with my goals.
That is to say, my conscious mind wanted something, but my subconscious mind didn’t. Your conflicting subconscious notions can create negative barriers that are extremely difficult to remove, which is why a simple task might grow so enormous in your mind that you are afraid to do it. A excellent goal should correspond to your current subconscious thoughts. You can change your beliefs over time as a result of your experiences and the books you read, but you can never go beyond them. If your conviction is that you can only make $1000 per month, you don’t set a goal of making $1 million per month.
Make a goal for yourself that your subconscious mind will believe in. Once you’ve done $1000 several times and feel comfortable with it, your subconscious mind will begin to believe in the possibility of earning $10,0000 per month, and your goals will grow larger and larger from there.
How can you know whether or not your subconscious beliefs support your goal? Dr. Robert Anthony, a well-known peak performance expert, taught me how to do a simple test. The test is simple: draw a vertical line on a blank sheet of paper and write Yes on one side and No on the other. By connecting something to one end of a piece of thread and holding it just above the vertical line, you can make a pendulum.
If your subconscious mind believes it is possible, your pendulum will swing to the yes side; if it does not, it will swing to the no side. I just want you to be aware that your subconscious and conscious minds aren’t always in agreement. This test should only be used as a guide; don’t place too much faith in the findings if you only use it once or twice because they won’t be 100 percent accurate. Dr. Robert Anthony goes into great detail about the conscious and subconscious paradoxes in his audio lecture “Know How to Be Rich.” His in-depth understanding of human psychology and cosmic ideas astounds me.
Fourth, goals must be specific. As I previously indicated, your goal was the command you issued to the universe, so the universe must understand exactly what you want in order to fulfil your request. “I want more money,” rather than “I want more money,” is a want rather than a goal. The universe will have no notion what you desire if you merely say, “I want more money.” “OK, you want more money, here is one penny, take it,” the universe will react if you say, “I want more money.” Because you want more money, a penny more equals a dollar more. You won’t be able to get what you want unless you tell the universe exactly what you desire.
Genuine goals include things like “I intend to manifest $10,000 money by 31 January 2022” or “I intend to form my corporation by 1 March 2022.” Don’t confound the universe with a fuzzy goal. If you ask for anything specific, the universe will give you exactly that.
The fifth element of a successful goal is that it must be appealing enough to provoke emotional responses every time you consider it. Motivation comes from emotion, and motivation comes from action, which leads to outcomes. How much of a result you get is determined on the quality of your feelings.
Positive emotions lead to positive results, and negative emotions lead to negative results. From a scientific aspect, pleasant emotion creates favourable vibrations that attract favourable outcomes with the same vibration frequency. You are creating the same consequences that you are experiencing, so be mindful of how you are feeling.
I hope this post has given you some ideas for how to develop an effective goal, and that you will think about changing your goals to make them more effective. I wish you luck in achieving all of your goals.
