Gigi Hadid can now add "brand founder" to her impressive resume of accomplishments.
the supermodel posted a sneak peek of her most recent endeavour, Guest in Residence, on Instagram.
In order to highlight the behind-the-scenes development of her knitwear line, she published a gallery of images showing
the brand's logo, garment tags, colour samples, and stacks of sweaters in addition to her wearing what appeared to be very soft knits.
One illustration demonstrated the cashmere-only composition of several fabrics.
Along with Kevin McIntosh Jr., other people who were seen with Hadid were CJ Kim, a sweater and knitwear designer
who has worked with Theory, The Row, and Helmut Lang, and fashion publicist Gabrielle Karefa-Johnson.
With love, @guestinresidence:), she wrote as the description for the picture, "Been working on something."
The Guest in Residence website and Instagram account are now live, despite the fact that no release date or
other details have been disclosed. The current message on the webpage is "Coming soon."
Hadid mentioned wanting to start her own line last summer, despite the fact that she is just now unveiling the label.
After "all [her] goals in fashion came true," she said in a June 2021 interview with i-D that she was
creating design ideas for her own company. The model and Francesca Aiello, the creator of Frankies Bikinis,
recently collaborated on a bikini line. It seems as though Hadid's objective is now actually materialising.
Keep an eye out for her subtle statement up ahead and check back for updates on the launch in this area.
