If I hadn't tried numerous diet and fitness plans, I might not have understood the connection between the elements of breathing, exercise, and food.

But because I've learned a lot about these three subjects, I can vouch for the fact that they are connected and actually affect the body, both separately and in combination.

You may already be aware of how important it is to eat healthfully and exercise regularly,

but did you know that breathing is equally essential to giving the body the oxygen it needs for a healthy metabolism? No, most people are not.

The approach works in this manner. To metabolise food, the body need particular elements to interact and create the right conditions for food breakdown.

Oxygen is one of the elements. Depending on how much oxygen we give the process, we will be able to use the energy from the food we have eaten in the right way.

Here, the metabolic process is considerably aided by breathing. Our bodies absorb more oxygen the deeper and more efficiently we breathe.

The more we breathe in, the more oxygen we give the body's metabolism. Is this all making sense?

What purpose does exercise provide in this instance? Well, exercising gets our bodies ready to keep up their health. help build more muscle and preserve appropriate muscular function.

When we have more muscle mass, we burn more calories, and our metabolism functions better when we expend more calories each day than we take in through food.

Can you now begin to comprehend how our body actually functions as an efficient machine? Things keep feeding off one another in a never-ending cycle.

When everything goes as planned, we are happy and healthy. We only put our bodies in peril once system abuse begins. If we taught our children about the dangers of

abusing their bodies when they were still very young, perhaps young people would be better prepared.  The most important piece of equipment a child will ever operate is their own body,

and we take the time to teach them about it, but we don't do the same for household appliances, reckless driving, or the incorrect operation of the car they are driving.

Exercise, correct breathing methods, and a balanced diet are all essential for the body to function at its best. The most important lessons we can ever learn,

ideas we can ever entertain, or skills we can ever develop as we become older are how to maintain our health. Up till our body and mind are in excellent health, nothing else works well.

Have you ever encountered someone who is paralysed? Sports, skiing, and swimming were once popular ways for people to pass their free time, but these possibilities have been greatly diminished.

The same is true for someone whose body has been mistreated to the extent that it prevents them from making decisions that would have improved their lives.
