Will Smith smacked Chris Rock at the Oscars in March, and nearly six months later, Willow Smith, then 21 years old,

is addressing why the incident didn't effect her in the way you might anticipate.

In a recent interview with Billboard, Willow asserted that her internal problems had a greater impact on her than the Oscars experience.

The "Psychofreak" singer had to remember that her father made a mistake since he is a human. She is conscious of the fact that

not everyone has the same opinion of her famous family. She said, "I view my entire family as being human, and

I love and embrace them in all of their humanness." Our humanity isn't often valued because of our position,

and we're expected to act in ways that don't support a healthy human life or encourage honesty.

After the comedian cracked the joke during the Oscars broadcast, Will hit Rock "Jada, I adore you. To see you in "GI Jane 2," I am really excited."

Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith has alopecia, and she has been open about her experience dealing with it. As a result of the jab,

the "King Richard" actor resigned from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. He was also banned for five years from attending the award ceremony.

In the immediate aftermath of the incident, Will apologised to everyone. I would like to publicly apologise to you, Chris, he continued at the moment.

I blundered and crossed the line. They did not represent the kind of man I hope to become, and

that makes me feel humiliated. Violence has no place in a world of kindness and compassion.

Late in July, the actor added another apology after sharing a video on all of his social media platforms.

"Chris answered when I contacted him by claiming he wasn't yet prepared to talk but would later.

I will now apologise to Chris. I'm sorry for how I acted, and I'm available to talk to you whenever you're ready "said Will.
