The main characters in the Mithran Jawahar-directed film are played by actors Dhanush, Nithya Menen, Raashi Khanna, and Priya Bhavani Shankar.

The lead actors of the upcoming Tamil movie Thiruchitrambalam, Dhanush, Nithya Menen, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Raashi Khanna, debuted the first song on Friday, June 24. 

The vocals is done by Dhanush, who also authored the words for the upbeat song. Thiruchitrambalam was written by Anirudh. 

The soundtrack composer has collaborated with Dhanush on a number of films, including Thanga Magan (2015), Maari (2015), and Velaiilla Pattadhari (2014). (2015). 

The actor-musician team collaborated for the first time on the Tamil film 3 from 2012.

Filming for the Mithran Jawahar-directed picture got under way in August of last year. The release date was later delayed from its original July 1 target date. 

The movie will now make its theatre release on August 18. The updated release date was announced on June 15.

Dhanush and the director Mithran had previously collaborated. The two have previously worked together on films like as Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Kutty, and Uthamaputhiran. 

The puja ceremony that signalled the beginning of filming in August of last year was attended by members of the cast and crew Dhanush, Prakash Raj, Nithya Menen, and Bharathiraja.

Actor Dhanush is currently working on several films that are all at varying stages of production. He will be directed by Sekhar Kammula, 

who also made the film Love Story. He will soon be viewed in the Hollywood film The Gray Man, directed by the Russo Brothers. 

Key characters are portrayed by actors Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling, Rege-Jean Page, Ana de Armas, Billy Bob Thornton, Jessica Henwick, and Wagner Moura under direction of Anthony and Joe Russo.

In addition to a new film with Saani Kaayidham director Arun Matheswaran, the actor is now working on his forthcoming Selvaraghavan film, Naane Varuven.

The online series Thank You, which also features actors Vijay Sethupathi and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles, is the next endeavour for actress Raashi Khanna. 

Actor Naga Chaitanya also appears in Thank You. The upcoming films for Nithya Menen and Priya Bhavani Shankar are Bommai and 19(1)(a), respectively.
