Because it pays you a salary or hourly wage and provides (or does not give) benefits, perks, and other perks, some people refer to your employment as your JOB.
Some people feel it’s your car, your home, your neighbourhood, your friends, your clothes, your hangout spots, and so on.
You appear to have natural abilities or abilities that are inborn in you. Being able to effortlessly get along with others, being logical, being able to focus and stay focused, being organised, and making things happen, to name a few qualities. Then there are your acquired (learned) talents or skills from college, such as reading and listening to cassette tapes, attending seminars, On-the-Job Training (OJT), tutoring, and so on.
Your True Worth, on the other hand, is not decided by your qualities or skills.
The truth is that only you can establish your True Worth. You are the only one who can determine how much you are truly worth. It’s through your actions or inaction, rather than through a decision, which is a decision in and of itself. It is entirely up to you whether or not you carry out your ambitions and wishes. It’s absolutely your decision.
You can read all the books, listen to all the recordings, attend all the seminars, and listen to all the teleconferences, but without a strategy, your worth is defined by your inaction (which I know from personal experience).
You need to dream once more – do you remember your childhood dreams? Re-dream, this time bringing your more mature dreams to the foreground. Then, as if you were experiencing your dreams right now, you must visualise them in the present tense. Visualisation may be used to develop goals in every area of your life, not simply material things. Your goal-setting should at the very least include the six key areas of your life where you need to take action. You’ll need an action plan to set the activities in motion that will help you achieve your objectives.
To keep track of what things you’re working on, you’ll need a daily planner and a journal to record your daily thoughts and ideas. The daily calendar allows you to see your plan in action, but the notebook records how you start and evolve into the person described in your vision.
Is there anything else that can keep you from realising your true worth, even if you employ the tools mentioned? What is the tone of your inner monologue? What are you saying that you think is blocking you from progressing? This is where affirmations come in. They can help you improve your inner conversation. Read your affirmation every day to help you change your inner dialogue and mental patterns.
Unforgiveness, rage, resentment, or bitterness directed at someone or something could be obstructing an artery leading to your true worth and future. Make a list of everyone you need to forgive; you don’t have to forgive them in person; just write it down, burn it, shred it, or throw it away, and go on.
It’s a fantastic journey to discover your true worth since you’ll be able to observe yourself progress from where you are to where your vision leads you. Is it a one-day trip, a week-long trip, or a month-long trip? It varies on the person, but embarking on this journey and staying on it takes time and work. Your goals, vision, and affirmations will evolve as you realise you are worth more than you believed. The best part is that you’ll have a record of your journey in your notebook to spur you on when you see tiny or major shifts in your thinking.
You’ll need a strategy (a system) to help you get started, plan, organise, and track your new quest to Achieve Your True Worth. All you need is concentration, enthusiasm, and action on your part to get started. Hesitation or hesitation will keep you stuck in your current situation, whereas action will help you go forward in life. So get started now and look forward to the future.
